question about fees and scheduling

I filed 2 I-130's for my husband and step son,both were approved and are at nvc~my question is my step sons bill came lastweek,I would like both to be interviewed together (my stepson is 2 years old)should I wait untill my husbands bill comes before paying?Will it make a difference ,do they even schedule 2 at the same time?Theyare in nigeria.Thank you!
