green Card and health problem

I am married to a US citizen living abroad . My husband has already filed my I 130 and its been approved last week. Now I will be asked for my biometric procedures, scheduled for and interview. I also have to go through the medical check up here. As I am pregnant now, x rays and certain vaccines are harmful. I wonder, how the immigration proceeds in such situation ? Do they postpone my Green card processing because I cant go through the full medical check up? Do I have to wait here till my delivery?

There are exceptions for vaccines and Xrays that can be noted in the medical evaluation form by the General Surgeon.
