Affidivit and DS 230

Hello,
My name is khalid and I am in the process of getting my wife here with me in us
my I-130 was confirmed and I paid the fees of 404,00
Now I was supposed to send the Affidivit of support, so because of my income is not enough I had my empolyer as joint sponsor. my questions are :

1-do I have to send 2 forms of I-864 from me and from my joint sponsor ?

2- when I called the immigration service, they told they are also waiting to get the DS-230 from my wife, do I have to fill it up and can I send it from here ( usa)


Please I am really thankful to your help, I am in trouble

You have to submit form I-834. The joint sponsor will submit form I-864A. Your wife needs to submit DS 230. You can fill it up and send it to her, but she needs to sign part 1 of that form (part 2 SHOULD NOT BE SIGNED). Along with DS 230, she also need to submit the applicable civil documents.
