my husband is not here to sign the 325A what can I do. I started the I-130 but he lives in Istanbul. What is the procedure for this

download one and FedEx (or DHL) the G-325A to him, along with a prepaid return envelope. I had to do this for my then-fiancee (since 2006/04/15 wife) in 2005.
