It is ok! Where are the fees: $ 420 currently if I am correct? You did not mention it in your list!
Not missing but I would say overloaded. You are fine. If they need something, they will request it! For I-130, USCIS just want a proof to establish relationship between you and the beneficiary ( your spouse in this case, so marriage license will do)! All this things (copies), you need them when you file I-485 and take original documents to the interview! Good luck.

I thought I don't need the I-485, since my husband is in turkey, I am applying here in NY. Am I right?

Yes, for now since your spouse is oversea! But when he gets here in order to have a Green Card, he has to apply for it! To get that, the form to fill out is I-485 and the fees are $1070 ( if USCIS did not change it by then). Good luck!

Sorry, but I don't need I-485 since he will get the visa in Istanbul...

Correct you don't need it now, but later when your husband get here, he will need to apply in order to get his green card. Good luck.
