My brother had filed I-130 for me in 2007, now my daughter wants to file I-130 for me in 2011, is there any problem for this duplication. If my brother does not cancel his petition for me and my daughter want to petition for me, then what will be the consequences of the double petitions for me

If your daughter is a US citizen and at least 21 y.o. she can petition you. There can be more than 1 petition filed for the same person so it's ok for your daughter to file a petition for you even with a pending petition from your brother. In fact a child to parent petition is faster because it will be an immediate relative petition which can take only from 6 months to 1 year.
