I am writing in regards to a situation that I am concerned about. I have been married to my husband now for over a year and I found out that he may have a wife in Africa. My question is what should I do regarding immigration once I find out he’s married? Could this stop the immigration process; right now he has a conditional green card he has to renew it next year. Is there any way I can stop the process. I think he married for green card purposes. Do I need to inform immigration of this information?

If you don't cooperate him to convert the conditional green card into permanent one, he can't get that.
Therefore, you don't have to do anything if you don't want him to get permanent green card.Immihelp Support

I agree with Immihelp! But one thing, I would call the immigration and cancel the paper process at anytime!
