My mother married her longtime boyfriend of 24yrs. Which also happens to be thw father of my baby sister. She is now 22. On her birthcert. It says he is her father and she also has his last name. Now two yrs ago NIS deported him back to elsalvador. Mind you, at this time my mom had already been married to him. They have lived together and raised a child. Yes he.was an idiot and had gotten an agrivated felony. But dont my mother and sister have full rites to habe him brought back. He has always worked, paid taxes and has a wife and child here. What can we do? And where do we start? Please help. We dont know where to start, small pay and waisted on crude lawers. With a wife and child, should it not be like on a fast track or something. My mom has lost so much. My momis in her sixties and feels lost. He is the only man for her. My father was a horrible husband and father. And she found Rigo. I just am at a liss for her.
