Medical panel has query on X-ray

My mother had gone for the Medical in India and they seem to have issue with X-ray.
They want to do the skin test now to clarify the doubts. (She has to travel 500Kms again one way)
I have really lost hopes. It's normally the other way around that the skin test comes positive (due to BCG?), but X-ray si normal.
How bad is this?

Don't worry about it. In case of most of the women, the skin shot comes positive and usually the x-ray says otherwise. Even if it comes out positive, there is treatment available.

Thanks. But just to clarify, they did take the X-ray and now want to do the skin test (to clarify the doubts..). That is what seem worrysome..

This getting messier. Skin test came positive. Now the hospital is doing the spit test and results of that will be available after 6 weeks.

But some how they say that she can go for interview which is in couple of weeks. (They are sending the reports directly to consulate)

I am totally lost as to what is gonna happen. Especially when they say after 6 weeks that the spit test is positive...
