Applying for Family Based through my brother

Hi

I am going to apply my GC through my brother who is a Citizen here.
I have a question to fill out the I-130 Form.
I am currently in US along with my family on my H1. So what do I need to fill
"18. Address in the United States where your relative intends to live."

Currently I am in US working at my employer. I am not staying with my brother.

Another question is
"22. Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status".
I am currently in US and I am going to file my GC through my employer as well. I am filing family based because I dont know whether I stay so long in US until I receive my GC through my employer.


Please suggest me what should I fill for the above questions in I-130 and also let me know if you have any suggestions which will help.

22. If you are not going to apply for adjustment of status, you don't complete that. It will go through consular processing and you will get immigrant visa.

Immigrant visa

I live in US and I petitioned my mother who is in Europe. Two questions.
1. Once the I-130 is approved, how long does it take to get an immigrant visa?

2. Once the I-130 is approved, could she come to US as a tourist and submit an I-485 within US, or that is considered immigration fraud?
