US Customs Entry - PLEASE HELP!!

Hello

My husband is in Dominican Republic right now, due to fly home in the morning and bringing my step-son home for the first time. My husband is a permanent resident, my step-son was granted a Visa. QUESTION: My husband has the passports, visa docs and sealed medical packet.... I have the xray CD here with me.... IS this a problem? or does he just need the sealed packet?? Please help, I'm desperate. They're due in less than 12 hours...

How come the xray CD is with you?

I'm the US Citizen that applied for the Visa. I went to the interview in November and ended up needing a joint sponsor. I came home with all of the paperwork (not realizing I had the CD with everything) sent the joint sponsor info back and my step-son was granted the Visa. My husband went over this week to bring him home. Does he need the CD when entering? If so, will they hold him until I bring it? I'm so unfamiliar with this process....

X-ray is usually not asked at the airport.

Thank you! Do you know that "if" for some reason they asked for it if he would just be held until I brought it back?? I just don't know what can happen if he is denied entry, he's only 12...
