HI , i get married from an Egyptian man and i don't want him to back to his country Egypt , i want him to stay with me in USA , i'm american citizen , he enter USA with Tourist visa then we get married , if we apply to immigration and adjust his status will we have any problem or he will be a visa fraud or will we have any problem ?

2. When did he enter US on visitor visa ( month /yr) and when did you get married( month/yr)?
3. What purpose of visit did he mention when
a) got US visa at US embassy in Egypt?
