Divorce to married the mother of my son

Hi, my case is complicate, I got married in 2006 with an american citizen an become a US this last april, it was in a good feith we travel, got a house, everything that a married couple would do, back in 2010 there was a time when my wife and I were not getting alone, with decide to separte, she was seeing someone else, and so did I, the result was i have a son with the woman that i was seeing, things happens and we ending no being together, I went to the doctor with her, and went to every visit. Long story short i went back to my wife in 2011 she knew and know about my son, but i want to be with my son and give my son a family and married his mother, i dont have any kids with my wife, i want to have a family and file a petition for the mother of my son but i dont want to do something that will put her in a risk for deportation process.
