Trip insurance - pre existing conditions

I am confused about pre-existing conditions and <70 conditions. My husband is 70 years old and previously had a heart attack, with stints inserted, in 2009. He does not take any meds for blood pressure as his b.p is naturally low. He does take a few other meds for tryglycerides. We would like to purchase travel insurance but need to have medical coverage as we are going to Ireland and our health insurance does not cover us in foreign countries. Also need trip cancellation. I used Seven Corners in 2014 for a trip to China and was very pleased with the service. We would like to use you again if possible.

A $250 deposit each was made 1/31/17 for trip to Ireland, 5/4 - 5/16/17. Total cost each is $3095 including air and land. Balance due is 2 months before departure. Ages are 69 and 70.

There are several plans that will populate within the quote but the only plan that will offer medical coverage to include pre-existing conditions is the Round-Trip Elite plan provided it is purchased within 20 days of the initial trip deposit is this plan.
