I'm purchasing a medical coverage and it's offered to me to have also a trip coverage (Patriot TRIP Lite).
My trip departure is 22 Feb 2009 and my return date is 22 May 2009. The ticket I bought includes departure and return.
Is the trip coverage also for my return trip ?

Patriot TRIP Lite is a trip cancellation insurance.

Your trip can be cancelled only before it starts. Once you have departed on your trip, there is really nothing to cancel and therefore it is not applicable on the return flight.
