I-140 & ETA 9089 (not 750) direct to CIS

ETA 9089 for I-140 is to be completed and mailed together with I-140 petition if it is for Schedule A or Shepherder Occupations. Is college professor of math in the list Schedule A or Shepherder Occupations? anyone have a master list of Schedule A or Shepherder Occupations?

Latest I-140 instructions still have ETA 750 although 750 has been replaced by ETA 9089. Is ETA 750 still in use?
