I just (3 weeks back) got I-140 with my current employer 'A'. I got soft copy from my employer. Currently my 6th year is running. If i transfer my H1 to employer 'B' with another job, IF Employer 'B' start GC processing after 6 months, Can He (employer 'B') port my old priority date at I-140 filing time (or) is there a chance to cancel my I-140 Employer 'A' ? How long i have to stay with my current employer 'A' without cancel the my current I-140 ?
