Hi,
I have an approved I-140, and my job with current employer ends March 31, 2013. 6yr period on H1b also ends March 31, 2013.
If it takes me 3 months to find a new job, can I get a dependent visa (my wife has an H1B from her employer) in the interim -- and still get an H1B extension with new employer when I find a job (based on approved I-140 from old employer)?
Would really appreciate if someone can answer this question.
