I-140 Still Active

Hello,
Is there any way for me to find out if my I-140 approved from previous employer is still valid/active.?

This really does not mean anything. If there is no job offer from the sponsoring employer, I-140 is not valid or active.

You can request for the same from USCIS.

You have to Fill in G639 form and submit and request for your PERM( Labor and I-140 approval document) ( FOIA) Freedom of Information Act.
You will receive in 2 to 3 months time.
