I-140 vs I-129

My company is sponsoring GC for me in EB1C category, when filing for I-140 do all my duties and period of managerial position/org chats should match what was there on I-129 addendum? Do USCIS verify I-129 petition while approving I-140 or is it independent.

Also, I realized that on my recent I-129 approved petition, my managerial period was wrong and am not meeting the 1yr criteria of outside the USA as per EB1c.
Now can I apply I-140 with new period satisfying 1 yr and org chart with proper evidence. Will this be an issue?
