EB1C: When to apply after getting L1A

Hi,

I came to the US on a L1B and after 2 years got it converted to L1A. My L1A got approved in the last week. I qualify for the EB1 C category. Can/should I immediately apply for the EB1C or is it suggested to wait for some time(3-4 months) before we apply for the 140. Please advise.

The earlier the better. If it gets approved good, but if it gets denied you would still have time to think about move to H1 and filing under EB2.
