Changing position within the company while I-140 is pending

Hello,

My I-485 and I-140 were filed together about 1 year ago and are both still pending.
I am wondering if I can switch jobs internally within the same company (going to a job that matches the one in my Labor Certificate) without affecting the process.

Can anyone answer this? I'm kind on the same boat. I140 and I485 filed togheter (3months) and now I need to change Manager - Same organization, same work location, same job title. Would that be a problem?
