    Porting I140

    Hi all,

    I am aware after reading lot of blogs that I can port my I140 if it is not revoked by my previous employer. My question is, if I port my I140, does the new employer have to apply labor and i140 again?
    after porting, can I get my visa extended for another 3 years?
