  • i-140 in EB2 denied after RFE response

I had applied for i-140 in EB2 advanced degree category in July 2014. Had received RFE feb 2015. My attorney had responded within 2

weeks back and today in website it shows denial notice. I have not seen the denial letter but USCIS notice online says it’s been

    mailed.
My H1B expires on Sep 22 2015 (six years complete). What should I do next? If I apply for H1B extension, I will only get 5 months of

recapture time since I had used vacation, out of country on this H1B.
as my i140 case is denied, what are my opions

can I apply for MTR for I140?
if I do MTR then would my I140 go in to pending status?? and can I apply for H1B extention on Apr 22 2015 (which is 6 months before my

    H1b expiration) for 1year renewal?
Please suggest what I can do in this case

I got the letter today, that states

"both the letters from previousCompanyA and previousCompanyB are insufficient in order to meet the requirement of previous experience in the job offered as the positions were as a SA and not as senior SA as required by the ETA 9089."

i see all duties are same on both work experiences except senior title. how should respond to MTR with new evidence that both jobs are pretty much same but with different titles and one with senior
