current salary question in while filing i-140

    Hi, i am filing i-140 and there is current salary option, i work on percentage basis so salary changes, if we give $95k as current salary and in future employment (GC) does employer has to show more offering salary than current? please explain me how this current salary options impact in this i-140 and future stages.

    Salary has to be greater than prevailing wage.
    Secondly, employer has to show that they are able to pay the proposed wage. One way to show that is that they are actually paying this wage right now. There is no percentage basis if you are on H1B. On H1B you must always get prevailing wage of more.
