Hello,
I am currently in Boston and will be moving to the New Jersey office within the same company next year. My company has started my green card process tagged to the corporate head quarters in North Carolina and told me that I can change the address to NJ office when I move. My question is at what point should I get my address updated to the NJ office on Green Card application - is it before I140 stage or I485 stage. Will this involve refiling Perm and I140 again?
Assuming I am in NJ next year and I have an approved I140 application tagged to North Carolina office, can I file for an EAD for my spouse who will be with me in New Jersey.
