Thought of sharing my I-140 exp with you all
1. Started Perm around Aug14 & it was approved in Aug15 (~11-12 months)
2. Then filed I-140 in Premium Processing
3. I-140 got approved in just plain 7 working days (got approval notice last week)
***ONE VERY IMP NOTE*** I did not have the Experience Letter (EL) from my earlier company. I had taken it from ex-colleague on Plain paper (notarized from Chase bank, just for safety, not mandatory though) AND IT WORKED
