Maintaining Priority Date with new Employer

I am H1b visa and my PERM and I-140 are approved.
I am planning to leave my current employer.

i have below questions.

1) If i switch my current employer 'X' and join another company 'Y', do i get full 3yrs H1 extension with new company 'Y' (based on approved
I-140) ?

2) If my current employer revokes I-140 , will i retain my PD with new company when they start Green card process ?

Please advise.
