H4 EAD post I-140 revokation

My husband is in the 7th year of his H1B as he got the 3 year extension based on his approved I-140. I have an approved H4 EAD based on the same. Now he is switching to a new employer and they will not be filing his labor until next year. If his current employer revokes his 1-140 after the switch, how will that effect my approved EAD?

If the I-140 has been revoked by the employer your H4 EAD is still valid until next renewal, by that time your husband has to get the new I-140 approved from the present employer. I would suggest you confirm this with an Attorney.
