Hi, I recently got my I140 approved for EB1A at TSC. Waiting for dates to get current in October.
For the 485 filing - Is it recommended to use the same address that we used during the I140 filing, or could we change it to a different address? Would that be held against us or questioned at any stage?
Reason is when I applied for my I140 I was on a project at a different location (which falls under TSC) and used the temporary address to make sure I get all documentation, now that my project is over I have moved back to my residence address (this address falls under NSC jurisdiction for I140)
