Today I received RFE on 140 EB1 C category, my request goes to texas center. Also my employer filled only 140 not 485 since the date was current when they filed 140. What all chance of percentage that it will get approved. Are EB1C RFE normally turn out to denied?

It depends
I think it depends on the reason for RFE. If it is just your medicals being expired (for 485) or if you have not submitted Supplement J (for i-140) while filing then a simple response will suffice and it should go through. If it is more related to your credentials or questioning whether you are playing Manager role as per uscis definition then it can lead to denial if not proven appropriately.Originally posted by RAUSA View PostToday I received RFE on 140 EB1 C category, my request goes to texas center.
