Process after i140

Hi, I'm just querying how best to get working faster. I've got my PWD and Perm and applying based on EB3 skilled sector as I work in aviation.

Is it best to file for i140 and EAD together and go to the US and apply for AOS or is it easier to apply for i140 and consular for my green card in London?

Any advice appreciated?

EAD is a benefit accorded to adjustment of status applicants

You can't adjust your status unless you travel to the United States with status

Unless you can get a work visa, you're not going to be able to go to the United States and apply for adjustment of status

So, waiting for consular processing after I-140 approval might be your only choice
