Hello everyone,
I'm working on H1B (Last H1B stamping expired on Feb/5/2018) & I had I140 approved from my previous employer (February 24, 2017). I switched to another employer (current employer) for the same project on Jun/1st/ 2017.
My H1B transfer is in process, unfortunately I received RFE twice. I submitted the response for 2nd RFE on Feb/1st/2018, still waiting for USCIS decision.
My current employer also filed the GC but its in very early stage, Perm is not approved yet .
Now my previous employer sent me an email for revoking my H1B and 140 .
My questions:
# Is this really possible to revoke I140 after 6months of approval? If yes then how it will be impacting my status other than loosing the priority date?
# If my previous employer will revoke my H1B do I have to go back to India immediately?
# If USCIS will deny the H1B transfer then is it possible to file another extension/ Transfer?
