Hi,
Recently my Perm is approved and we are in the process of filing I-140 under employment based green card.
1. What option to select for EB2 in Part 2: Petition Type of I-140 Form?.
1.d A member of the professions holding an advanced degree or an alien of exceptional ability (who's is NOT seeking a National Interest Waiver (NIW)).
or
1.e A professional (at minimum,possessing a bachelors degree)
I am assuming that, I have to select 1.d.
I have Bachelor degree with 11 years of experience and i have the experience letters/Job duties from previous employers.
2. In my Job requirement details they have mentioned that,Bachelor?s and Is employment experience required?Yes with 120 months needed.
