I-140 approval time on EB2 or EB3

Does I-140 approval (where premium is not allowed) time taken depends upon whether labor is EB2 or EB3?

No I140, if you file today in EB3 it will go under PERM I140 process. But it will take roughly 6 months. As I told don't take shortcuts ok.
