H1B 7th year extention will expire OCT29,2006. i have I-140 and 485and EAD,AP filed on AUG25,2006(after LC approval on aug01,2006) didn't receive any receipts yet for the I-140 or 485...
should i apply for the 8th year extention befor the end of my current H1b extetion expired on (OCT29,06) and what are my option if i wait till get something from the uscic befor the the expiration of H1b?
i am with waiting till get something at least the NOTICE receipts from the USCIC and see if i can get any thing befor the OCT29?
any body can help or inlight me plz ? please answer with as much detail as possible
