  • Applying under EB2 - B.S + 5 years progressive experience

    Hello experts,
Has anyone got any insight/knowledge of using the experience (2 yrs) gained from the job position#1 which was before applying the GC/Labor for the job position#2 of the same employer who applied the GC/Labor?. the answer will help me to evaluate/decide to apply I-140 under EB2 -> B.S + 5 years progressive experience in the job position#2 explained above!.

    Thanks for your time!

Whether your BS was a three year degree or 4 year degree. I think one of my friend had a problem with his I-140 because 3 year BS ( from India) even though he had a 7+ year progressive experience. But some of my other friends have made it thru with almost some eligibilty. So I am not sure whether they have tightened up the process now or it is left to the individual officer.
Check with the lawyer ( Most likely they are going to say that it is enough to file in Eb2 - anyway).
