Time for I-140 approval

can you please tell me howmany days will it take for I-140 approval now(not in premium processing)?

It will take atleast 10 months. No use of getting approval. No visa . Retrogation will continue, because the visa number is getting reduced as per new US Immigration Reform Bill.

Yeah and don't waste money applying for preminum processing because the visa dates will never be current. Invest that money in something more useful.
