    I-140 premium processing??

    I heard the INS abolished premium processing for I-140. Is that true? Can I still do it? Does any body have any info on this topic.

    I'd appreciate your help.

    no premium procession for substitution cases only has been suspended from july 30th

      Correction.
      I-140 Premium processing for substitution cases/Pre-approved labor will end on July 16, 2007.
