URGENT: E-filing I-140 today - should I say I file I-485 concurrently?

I really hope someone can help me! Thanks in advance!
I'm e-filing my I-140 today. They have an option asking whether I will file any other forms concurrently and I-485 is one option (although it cannot be e-filed).
My question is: Do I check yes for I-485 concurrent application? If I do, will I have to send in my I-485 application along with the I-140 supporting documents? Which means I will have to send it out within 7 days. Or can I send my I-485 separately some time before Aug. 17th?
Do you think it is better to say no to concurrent filing now and send I-485 before Aug 17 with the brightly colored paper and I-140 receipt #?
I have to e-file soon as they are shutting the system down for maintenance from 3PM (ET) onwards.
