employee closing office

I am waiting my i 140 and 485 filed this Aug. My employer informed me that he is closing the office and firing all the employees. I have H 1 till april 2008. After waiting so long..what shouild I do????

Try to find out a new employer who can sponser your H1 and apply PERM. If your I 140 got approved in mean time you are lucky to use the old priority date for the new PERM.
