Need to submit original or photocopy of Approved Labor Certification for I-140

Do we need to submit the approved labor certification in original while filing for I-140?
I notice in the new edition of I-140 application that originals need to be submitted only if it is asked to submit "in original" and there is no mention of submitting original in the new I-140 application form.
Please clarify

Original LC is need for I 140.
