I-140 Receipt no Discrepancy

Hi friends,

i want to share My experience on My I-140 Application . i have applied for i-140 and received a receipt for that . if I check the status for that receipt no . It states that already there is a query answered for that . But i have applied newly .

Is there any chance that USCIS updates the information Wrongly and my attroney doesnot answer to My questions on this .

Any body have faced the same experience with the receipt no's please let me know the this .

Does the benificiary has the chance to check With USCIS .
