Me and Wife on H1. Reciecved EAD.My 140 has query.She has fulll time offer on EAD

Question:
1. What are the options that i have if she use EAD and my 140 gets rejected?
2. Does our EAD still remains after 140 denial. Is the EAD not based out of my Labour?

If your I 140 is rejected then your EAD and AP gone.


If you do not have back up visa(H1/F1) you are out of status.
