    Do I qualify under EB3 Category?

    Hi,
    I have a 3-years bachelor's degree from India in an unrelated field. I have been working on the field of software for the past 10 years. I understand that the 3-years bachelor's degree is not equivalent to the 4-years US Bachelor's degree. Do I still qualify under the EB 3 category?
