I 140 question

Hi everyone,

I have question regarding I 140 & I 485 Concurrent Processing. I have filed my I140 & I1485 in FEB 2004.
I got my EAD & Advance Parole also completed finger printing.

But my I 140 is not yet approved. I have a job offer and
I have join Immed'ly otherwise I am going to lose it.

So, Can I join the other company with out I 140 approval because my application has already crossed 180 days.

Any Advice will be greatly helpful.

This is not a legal answer:

As far as my knowledge is concerned, you can't leave your parent company who filed your I-140 without its approval even though you completed 180 days of filing I-485.
