I filed my I-140 (under the category of Outstanding Professor/Researcher) to the Nebraska Center in mid July 2003 but I haven't received a response except for Notice of Action for receiving my I-140 application. According to the UNCIS web, the processing date for this category of I-140 is August 12, 2003. I wonder if any of you submitted your I-140 in the same category to Nebraska Center before August 2003 but haven't heard the result about your I-140.
I didn't use an attorney for filing my I-140. I wonder if this matters.
