Family filing 140 & 485 later stage ?

Hi,

I applied my 485 and 140 in september2003,since my wife is in India and as per Doctor suggestions she is unable to travel and it will take her till July to return back to USA, will she be eligeble to apply at that time.

my question : Is there any limit of time she should be here to file for her papers after I filed my 485&140?

I appreciate if anyone can answer my question.

As long as she is here before your GC is approved, you can file her I-485 on 'Following to Join' basis.
