My I-140 was approved sometime back and my attorney discovered last week they had filed and INS had approved the wrong category (EB1 instead of EB2).
Attorney is getting ready to file amended I-140 but is saying it will take whatever processing time it takes currently (12 months at Vermont).
Is filing amended I-140 the only option or is there any special procedure / premium processing that I can pursue ?
