Do any one have any idea about the timing taken by NSC to approve 1-140 once issuing the receipt?

It is under I-140 issue, there is a topic "NSC Approvals Tracking Part VII -- Starting Apr. 15, 2002" and it is for NSC. It is very updated and many people share their information.

Thank you for your ***. Now I am browsing in that site also. Ruth did you get approval ? When you get it please inform me. Ruthchen what does it mean by RIR? I have frequently seen this term in the other site. Also EB3 cases applied on 12/4/02 got approved but mine not yet. Will there be any diff in applying ?
